Routine Inspections
Periodic home inspections of the interior and exterior of the property using a special inspection system, done by one of our property managers, including photos and comments on the various parts of the property. The report is being uploaded to the landlords' portal and shared with the landlords by e-mail. The report's findings are being conveyed to the landlords. Work orders are being created on the management system.
Rent Collection
Tenants have the ability to pay rent online on the portal with no extra charge. Tenants can also pay by check, cash or credit/debit cards (credit card fee applies). The management team verify payments and activate collection procedure if necessary. Filing for non payment at the district court and eviction
Payment of Association Fees and Other Expense
As part of our service we are offering to pay condo / HOA / Coop or other fees at the landlord's discretion. These payments are deducted from the landlord's distribution funds
Repairs and Maintenance - 24/7 Emergency
Tenants call or use the portal to report maintenance or repair items. Urgent matters are being handled in a rush procedure
